I sent back a return using the prepaid label and dropped it off at the usps last week. There was no mention of any movement on the tracking until this Tuesday the 28th and says available for a returns agent but nothing since. Is this normal? I've never sent back a return to them. Does it not just get delivered to the business by the usps or does someone from the company get something saying there is a package for them to pick up?

I recently returned a bag to them using the prepaid label but it took 10 to 12 days for them to receive it. The tracking number that u have can also be tracked at fedex.com. Apparently once it is picked up from the post office fedex takes over and that is how it is further tracked. Don't worry it takes a while since it involves a third party agent and also the agents do not regularly pick up returns from the post office but usually once a week.
Ok thank you. I thought with dropping it off last Wednesday and it taking til tues to show any movement and then none again was odd but I've never returned like this. So thank you for the heads up on how it is done. Checking FedEx it says it arrived in Chino CA yesterday. So there is the missing movements.
