Return to Tiffany mini heart tag earrings in RG?

Hi all!
Please help me to decide. I'm debating to buy RTT mini heart tag earrings in RG for daily wear. I'm 34, but look younger. Mostly I wear RG jewelry, it's better for my skin tone.
Isn't dated design? Will it be ok to wear earrings when I get older?

I think it's a beautiful classic piece! I have the white gold version and wear them all the time.

My DD has the silver ones and I borrow them. I'm 40 and feel that I still get away w wearing them. Not sure if I would wear them ten years from now. Now, my gold infinity earrings I will def wear for a lifetime.
