Don't sleep in necklaces, it tangles in your hair. Don't shower in it, soap scum is gross, and it makes silver tarnish faster.

Definitely don't shower in the enamel, it's like nail polish and the water will make it peel off in time. If you want a piece for everyday go for the all silver, but you still shouldn't be showering in it or wearing it in the pool/ocean because that'll make it tarnish faster. As for tangling, it only should if you store it improperly. If you clasp it and put it in a stationary place and not a purse you should be fine. They don't break super easily, but if it does you can take it to the store for repairs.
