Help! I just bought my very 1st Tiffany bracelet, the beaded one in plain silver. But the more i look at pictures of the bracelet with the blue enamel heart, the more i hesitate on whether i should go and exchange it or not. I just love the pop of color of the blue enamel and how it's so representative of Tiffany but i'm also concerned hearing about stories of how the enamel would eventually fade, chip or even fall off. Has anyone had a bad experience with the beaded bracelet with the blue enamel and if so, was Tiffany able to repair it for you?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I would do the exchange as it sounds like you really want the Tiffany blue. I’ve had the same bracelet in the blue and the pale pink for years, worn a lot and the enamel has never chipped, faded or come out. I have the necklaces too and same with them although it’s probably fair to say I don’t wear them as often and they probably don’t get banged about as much as the bracelet. If my enamel ever chipped or fell out I would take it back to Tiffany’s.
