Just curious, I got the cashmere/silk shawl from my bf for vday and not quite sure about the return policy. If I don't like it, can he still return it? Will it be store credit only? Thanks girls!

Yes, your BF will only get store credit if he paid with a credit card. I heard if you pay cash you get cash back (heard this but since I've never paid cash, I don't 100% know).

My experience is I can be fully refunded even I do not have receipt, but the situation is SAs know me well. Good luck.
