Return policy for charge send (leather bracelet) + Question about inventory

I am looking for a lizard ombre kelly bracelet with PH. If i was to buy it from a store (by never seeing it, doing a charge send), could i return it and get a refund? also, if you call one store, are they able to check all the inventory in that country to see what (if any) stores have it?

yes same as in store. store credit. however: i have on occasion been permitted a return for items where the fit is a potential issue like shoes or clothes

If you can find it at H online, I think it allows returns.
