Return or Exchange? (Versace La Medusa mini top handle)

I recently bought a Versace La Medusa mini top handle from Neiman Marcus. The bag is very clearly crooked. Is this common for this model bag? I am wondering if I should exchange it and try to get a bag that isn't crooked. But if this is something that commonly happens with this bag would it be better to just return all together?

Please don't settle for a lop-sided bag. It needs to be symmetrical, unless it was a return and someone used it before you. Of course, things happen and it could just be off. I hope u can find a better replacement. Pic from Versace website.

Oh just exchange it! I have 4 Medusa bags and all are perfect. It’s a lovely bag and I hope you’ll exchange it and enjoy it!
