Return item refund or Store credit?

I just get a coin purse from coach.
I went last week at coach store but it dont have in store. I decide to order and mail to my home.
When the item arrived I dont like its. because it look so cheap and nothing show is coach. I decide to return it.
I want to know in this case.
Refund money to my credit card or Store credit?

Now I dont want anything from coach maybe after new collection out after 2-3 weeks.

Any one know what I will get refund or store credit

I think as long as you have the receipt, and the item is not used, Coach always offers a refund. Now you can take the store credit if you want.

If you don't want anything else form Coach, then have them put the money back on your credit card.

as long as you have the receipt, they'll refund your credit card.
