Return for credit via snail mail -- how long does it take?

I was so hoping to get to the MOA soon but just can't swing it and I want to return some items for Coach credit...

I've got my package ready to go and a letter explaining what I'm returning and what I want -- along with the original receipts...

Has anybody ever done this and if so, how long is the turnaround? Will they send me a card with credit on it or will they email me a number to use?

If anybody is interested, I called -- takes about 3 weeks. I know now the entire return process to the main Coach returns worldwide and store returns. haha!

^^ That's Ok! I know I should just call the company when I have questions like that, but usually get better info here for certain things. Plus it's hard for me to call when I'm at work but easy to have computer access.
