Return/exchange scarves

I received a shawl and a 70cm scarf as a gift but the colors are not me. The tags are on the scarves but I dont have the receipt. Can they be exchanged at any store??

I have never had any issue exchanging a scarf, receipt or not. I don't know about returns. I'm sure it is no problem.
