Return a Tiffany piece in Canada?

Hi there,
I wonder if anyone has experience with returning an online purchase in Canada.
is it free?
The return label within the package is for the US only. There is small label with bar code and Canadian return address on the print sheet ( invoice paper). is that return label?
Tried to call CS and also email, but didn’t get a response so far.

Return shipping is not covered for Canadian orders. I've always wondered why they include the US return label when we can't use it!
