Retun a bag with receipt but no tag?

So hold on, if they do not take back bags without tags and such, or not supposed to; how come you can buy bags that have pen marks and such in them?

Each store makes its own rules it seems.
Very inconsistent.
In fact, some stores have diff rules on diff days!

My outlet would def inspect the bag 1000% and possibly not take it bag sans tags.

^Agreed with 90046. Depending on the outlet or the SA you get they can tell you whatever they want. I tried to email Coach about this issue to get a clear return policy and they basically told me it was up to the store to decide if they want to accept a return without a tag and/or receipt.
