Restoration of Lady dior ginza

i have this ginza lady dior handed down to me out of shaped and a little disoclor (which i wonder did the previous owner color over herself) or could the discoloration due to bad storage.
i wonder what can i do about the color. it has previously even discolor over my light color clothing
im currently restoring the shape of the bag which is a little collasped.

The original colour should not rub off on clothing, so it is likely that the previous owner coloured areas that were rubbed with something that isn't permanent (i.e. shoe polish).

You can bring it to a leather specialist to see if they can clean off the colour on top that is rubbing off, and then redye the bag with a black spray. The spray will make the leather stiffer and shinier, but it is better than having the colour rub off on your clothes (unless you just wear black everytime you wear this bag).

Curious if the plastic wrap worked? mine is misshapen and was purchased second hand. Looking for any tips on what worked for you !
