Resort 06 stam still in warranty?

I bought a R06 stam in the winter, it was sitting in the closet before yesterday, when I finally decided to take it out for a swing, and sadly discovered 2 little scuff on the leather on the frame area. It's not TOO bad but it's definitely noticable. :Push::Push: Do u gals think the stam is still in warranty so I could send it in for a fix? thx

Can you post about the defect? I also saw a stam with a small defect at the frame, presumably from the chain attacher. I was worried that this happens often to the stam - which would mean I would have to be very careful to carry the stam by the chain??
