Does anyone know if Van Cleef can add anything to make a ring fit a bit tighter? I just got the reversible ring and it's still a bit loose after sizing down 2 sizes and I don't want to the hassle of returning and repurchasing.

Yes, they can add two beads on the inside back part at no extra charge if it’s done within a year. It would make it in between sizes. If you need to go a size down I would just exchange.
