Are there any resellers like Fashionphile and TheReaReal in London?

I live in the Bay Area and there is a store to drop off bags for consignment or return from online purchases for Fashionphile or a brick and mortar to look for bags at TheRealReal.

I know about Vestiaire Collective but not sure if they have a store somewhere.

Of course. First of all their customer service is non-existent. If you enquire about buying, selling or anything else you will not get any response. Doesn't matter if you call them, message them, or email them. Nobody ever gets back to you. Many people complain about this. What happened to me was only a few days ago and im still fuming. I'm an existing customer and bought from them previously (Hermes Kelly). I had a bag I wanted to sell. They take 35% commission which is just crazy considering famous established auction houses take less. Of course nobody got back to me until I spoke directly with the owner. She said I can come any day before 3pm. I got ill so after some time when I felt better I decided to pay them a visit and bring the bag. When I was walking towards the shop I saw a female SA right in front of me opening the door, when she saw me and she looked right into my eyes she slammed the door in my face, locked the door and disappeared inside the shop. I was shocked and didn't understand why someone would behave that way. Then I rang their doorbell about 20 times. Nobody came to open or even to see and ask what I need. I had to carry my expensive bag around London for the rest of the day. So you can imagine how anxious I was! Just a horrible experience. The owner later said sorry but if someone wants to take a slice of cake (in this case £7,000-9,000) of my bag they better treat me well. Also heard that they don't pay the sellers on time (sometimes not for 6 months)! They have to chase them up and threaten with a lawsuit.

Designerexchange do not pay much I was considering them but I decided to keep the items and I found that it was hassle trying to deal with them

Does anyone by chance have any experience buying bags with Bagista? Are their products all authenticated / should I be concerned about picking up a second hand bag from them? Many thanks!

There’s some new resale sites that have popped up recently that are reputable - Reluxe and Lampoo. No stores but Reluxe is currently hosting a pop-up I think
