Resellers in Canada ??

With the exchange rate being so crappy right now (U.S/Canada), I wonder if there are any online sites that sell preloved LV, located in Canada?? Most of the resellers are located in the U.S,or overseas, and a $ 499 bag quickly becomes $ 720…$ 750 with the exchange rate, duty, taxes, import fees etc. Thanks in advance to my fellow Canadian bag addicts.
