Replacing leather on pochette?

Where or how would I go about replacing all the leather on my pochette? Will it be $$$$? I MAY just get a replacement strap but will that look funny? Eluxury says they are out of the $58 replacement strap. Can I just order from vuitton by phone? is shipping expensive?

There is no LV store anywhere here for 9 hours (until August when it opens in nashville!!!).
