Has anyone had the button on their Rosalie coin purse replaced? I’d love to get an idea of the cost / turnaround time to see if it’s feasible for me to take mine in for replacement before my family relocates overseas for my husband’s job. (Currently in Australia). I did call the LV hotline but they weren’t able to give me any info at all - they said I’d need to take it into my local store. Thought I’d ask on here first as I have a 1 and 3 year old and husband is already overseas, so it’s not a simple thing for me to go in.
Thanks in advance!

I got quoted $90aud for the button on my Victorine. It’s the pink/rose ballerine colour. That was in store in Melbourne. I think a button on the Rosalie would be similar if it’s the same material.

Not sure about the cost or turnaround time, but if it’s going to be difficult for you to go in, I’ve been able to post my items to my nearest store (which is about 50 miles from where I live) and have them post them back to me when they’re ready. You could always enquire about that, if it’s not going to be possible for you to wait to visit an LV store when you have all relocated.

Thanks so much, I’ll look into that!!

I have no idea how much, but please check for how long will it takes. I did ask for repair service and SA quoted me around 8 weeks because they need to send it to Singapore. She said they don’t have the workshop in AU. Since you are relocating, it’s better to double check with them.

Oh wow, Singapore is where we’re relocating to, haha! Maybe I’ll just wait and get it done once I get over there.

Yes, you better wait. SG has more good stuff than in AU. And my SA there is much nicer and helpful than here. It’s my home ! How I wish I can fly back. Congratulations on relocating there. You will love it. ;)

I agree with balen.girl, wait and send it in when you get to Spore, that what I was told too as my country (Spore’s neighbour) doesn’t not have a workshop.
