Replacement Dust Bag; is it possible to purchase one?

I have inherited a few LV items from my mothers' estate. Sadly, 2 of them have dust bags that had to be tossed due to mold/smell/something funky on them. One item I can use all the time (key/coin pouch) but her Speedy 25 needs a dust bag. Is it possible to purchase one from Client Services? Has anyone done this? I did a search but didn't see anything regarding this specific topic. Mods, please move/deleate if necessary. Thank you.

From my recent experience (December 2020), Client Services informed me that I could not purchase a dust bag but I could contact one of the SAs at one of my local boutiques for assistance.

I'd say you'd have more luck taking the bag with a dustbag into the store and they may offer to replace. But they probably won't like to give them out really because people will pair them with a fake to make it look more convincing. Keep a watch on eBay though.

No you can't buy them from LV. If you take the bag in for repair they will give you a new dustbag. You could use a pillow case. If you want an LV dustbag, eBay or other similar sites are your best bet.

I personally would have washed the dustbag instead of tossing it out...

To be honest, I didn't expect to be just given one via LV and I would have brought her bag in to prove it's authentic. I'm currently using a cotton pillowcase to protect it as the one I tossed was not only disgusting but something had chose to chomp on it....in many places. My sister and I just looked at it and said, out loud and at the same time "TOSS". If just washing could have saved it, we would have but this and other one was just too far gone. Clueless as to what happened as all her other dust bags were fine. Thankfully, the bag and SML were in perfect shape. Ebay....I don't want to pay for a fake no matter how cheap it may be. Last year I bought a nano speedy online but the dust bag came with it, was really small so I went to my local boutique to get something and asked SA nicely if he could give me another bigger dust bag for my nano speedy. He kindly did but this time it was too big. After couple of month, I went back again to buy something else and mentioned this to another SA who also gave me a dust bag normally for shoes which fits perfectly. However, she quietly said that LV do not have extra dust bags to giveaway and I saw her put it inside the shopping bag discretely. So I suppose it’s all depending on which boutique and the SA serving you. Hope that’s helpful to you.

I'm not certain how to do this because everyone seems to be from every civilized corner of the globe, but I'm happy to send you one, no charge, only for the actual cost of shipping. I have many extra new dust covers because I like a specific type so my SA gives me what I want and lets me keep whatever came with it. I've seen people sell them online but always figured it wasn't a great idea (makes a fake look real). Please ask Purseblog if we can communicate directly & I'm happy to end this thread!
