Replacement bag hardware?

A few days ago, I had my Faye on my shoulder and the pin just popped out of the d-ring, and the bag fell off my shoulder. I was able to pick up the ring itself from the ground, but the pin was nowhere to be found. I bought the bag from Neiman Marcus about 2 years ago.

It looks like I need a special pin, so I contacted Chloe about buying a replacement pin. They only sell it with the ring, and it is $88! It would have been great service if they would have just sent me one. I am willing to buy a new pin or ring, but $88 is ridiculous.

Any suggestions on where I can buy replacement hardware for a more reasonable cost?

Sorry to hear that.

I think they should replace it for free, via the retailer, as the purchase was only 2 years ago.

If that can happen with normal wear it's basically unfit for purpose, so a free repair is in order.
