Replace or Repair

I have a Pochette Accessory and when I went to put some items in it, it came unstiched. It's a rare piece and I doubt they can replace it from last season, but I'm wondering given how tight the piece was made, is it repairable? It's the Lemon pouch btw.

If it's just stitching that popped, it should be fixable.

My Estrela (discontinued style) from 2014. The front panel has spots, can't seem to be cleaned off as it's slightly inset into the leather. 1 of the corner has water stain. Trim at the top is a little cracked. Should I repair by replacing all the vachetta? Replacement cost will probably be the same as what I paid for the bag. If I replace only some of the vachetta, the colour difference will be stark. Keen to know what fellow TPFers will do.
