Repairs?

I sent my LV Speedy Mini Lin for repair about 4 weeks ago. They gave me a receipt of the work-order but i lost it! (Hope it's not important...) Anyway, I was wondering how long the process usually takes. Do they contact you when it's arrived at the store? Thanks!

They will call you when it comes back to the store. I just picked up my Keepall 55 at the boutique last week and I didn't have my receipt with me.

They will call, but you really should not have lost that paper. If the SA's know you it should not be a problem. The repair place is CLOSED for the month of August, so it will most likely be a couple more weeks.
