I helped my mother do some spring cleaning some time back, and I found my old diaper bag - a large gucci tote! it's perfect for carrying my laptop/books to lectures, etc. but the only problem is that one of the straps is broken and another one has a tear in it - is there any way i can send it to the company and have it repaired? Can I take it to the gucci boutique and ask if they can send it out for me? i don't want to send the bag to any leather repair place and have them do a botched job
