I purchased a soft leather Isabella Fiore bag on eBay that has several rows on laced leather on each side of the bag. A section of the lacing is ripped away from the bag, about an inch, and I'm wondering if it's fixable. The seller takes returns, and offered me a small discount if I'd like to keep the bag. I'm really in love with it, do I'd like to get it repaired but I don't know where to take it or if it's possible to fix. I'll post a pic later showing the tear.

The lacing is cut out of the leather so it's the actual leather part of the bag that's torn. I'll try to get pics tomorrow with my camera. The pics from my phone are not coming out.
