Repairing an LV monogram

I am watching a vintage LV monogram bag on Ebay but it has a few tears at the seam stiching. Does anyone know where I could get the tears repaired if I win the bag. It is a vintage style not made anymore but I'm not sure I want to bid if I can't have it repaired. Thanks!

If I were you, I'd be cautious; repairs sometimes can be expensive. I inquired at the LV boutique, and they said that models that were discontinued can be especially costly because they don't necessarily have the parts for the bag anymore. I guess it depends which bag though; I wanted to special-order a fuschia vernis bag.
