Repair/Replacement of hardware pealing/flaking off

I purchased a LV Ponthieu pm on one of the FB pages. I asked about the hardware and if it was pealing or flaking off and I was reassured it was perfect. Well I got that bag Monday and all the hardware has issues. The seller doesn’t want to refund me she said I should check to see if LV can fix it or replace my bag. So my question is does anyone know if LV will fix or replace my bag? I sent a email to repairs but I still haven’t heard back. You Can simply clean it
It will be new again

In all honesty since she wrote to you and told you that the hardware was in great condition, she misrepresented the bag. I would insist on getting your money back and I would let her know that you’d take her to small claims court if she did t give you the money back.

It's not fair that they said the hardware was perfect with no issues, maybe try and return. It should buff off with a jewelry polishing cloth or metal polish (use very lightly) as for the silver inside the ring that's wear from the ring rubbing for a few years use.You won't see that when not pulling the leather back like that.
