Repair question (zipper stuck open)

Hi everyone,
I've just acquired a Palermo gm preloved through a trade but the zipper is stuck open. It won't budge. Does anyone know if it's possible to replace the zipper ( just the metal part) but leave the teeth in place? What is complimentary?

I don't think it's possible to replace just the zipper. They would probably have to cut out the fabric part (zipper and teeth included) and sew on a new one for you. Since you didn't buy this bag brand new, nothing in terms of LV repair is complimentary (only free if the item is defective and within the 1 year warranty of a new purchase). You're looking at a $100+ job to replace the zipper lining.
