Repair Issue? Would you be concerned?

I just had a pochette repaired and noticed a stud missing on the strap. It should have 6 studs but it only has 5. Would you be concerned about this? I already contacted the SA and waiting for a response but just wanted other people's opinions?

Many people say their repair services are legendary, and yes, they are better than most brands, but still...

SA will be ordering a new strap to compare. I suspect the new strap will have the correct number of studs.

It's sad that "LV Repairs" can't even repair properly. Especially for the prices on simple requests !!
