Hello all! The other day after wearing my
silver beaded bracelet with the return to Tiffany pendant, I realized that the pendant had broken off and was gone! Will I be able to get it fit/replaced with a new pendant? How much will that cost? Also I'm in Canada and my closest location is about 2hrs away...

If the pendant has not been discontinued, you should be able to have it replaced. As for the cost, best is to call CS at the closest boutique and get an estimate. If you recently purchased your bracelet and you still have the receipt, Tiffany maybe able to replace it for you for free.

You don't always need the receipt. They are able to look up your purchase history in the system. They do have a year warrenty on their pieces; cost should be free as long as it is under a year.

My co-worker had a problem with a repair. The tiffany charm that she had and she asked it to be replace and they told her that it was unavailable at that time. A repair of done on her charm but it she is in the process of getting this charm repaired for the second time.
