Rene Caovilla snake crystal boots

Hello everyone,

I am looking to get myself a birthday gift and the Rene caovilla snake crystal booties caught my eye. They are surprisingly comfortable to wear. My only concern is how well do the crystals hold up? Of course these are occasion shoes so I will be wearing them for night outs only. Any thoughts on these?

All I know is RC make very fine shoes, most of them with dainty details and embellishment. I also know they have a loyal customer base that obviously buy repeatedly. I can't imagine people keep buying shoes that fall apart again and again.
