The lil crystals on.the side of the thong strap fall out. Does anyone know where they can do repair for this ?

i tried to call begdorfgoodman. But no one picked up the phone in there shoes department. so weird 
The sole on my pair actually broke after wearing them the third time round. Really disheartening! I'm petite and light weight and can't understand how it just broke. I contacted Rene Coavilla in Italy and they advised that they can only serve the "finer customer." Will never purchase another Rene Coavilla item ever again. Waste of a substantial amount of money.
Whaaat? A "finer customer"! That is a completely unacceptable answer! Whoa! I am very sorry this happened to you. I am beginning to reconsider Italian brands, for I've had unpleasant experiences with at least two now. This is really sad
