Hi,
I am new to selling on ebay. I just listed a bag. The person that just bid, have 4 NPB in the four auction. I would like to remove and block them from bidding. Can someone please show me how to do it. I don't want to deal with the hassle later, as I don't intend to sell anymore items after this. Thank you.

Go to site map at the upper right of the my ebay page.
Then go to the selling section
Click on Cancel bids
w/ item number
name of ebayer
reason why - 4 NPB is reason enough
Then click cancel bid

Next, go back to the selling activities screen and click on block bidder, and put in the ebayer name.

There might be easier ways to do this, but this is how I do it.

^^ Thank you so much for your help. I am new at selling on ebay, and after reading people's horror stories, I decided to be pro-active. I was able to cancel the buyer's bid with you suggestion/help.
