Probably has been addressed on other threads, but you can take your Tiffany silver back to a Tiffany's location and get it polished there for free. The turnaround time has changed, though. It used to be done while you wait, or same day if the store was crowded/lots of people were waiting for polishing. Now my local store in SF asks for a 48-hour window, after which it will be ready for pickup. So, I would recommend you call your local branch and ask their policy.
