225 vs 226 reissue

I love the 225 size, but I use it mainly for evenings and i don't carry much. I lug around my Balenciaga for day, along with using my large Birkins for day time. Evenings, I know I will carry less, and the 225 is the best. For versatility, go for the 226, as it carries much more and can transition better to evening.

I have 3 227s and I just purchased a Black 225, it is much smaller than the 227s, it would seem as though the 226 would be a good in-between choice.

226 is definitely a perfect size if you're looking for something a bit larger than the med/large classic flap size (which is what the 225 size is like) but smaller than a jumbo flap/227.

I'm 5'5 and I find the 227/jumbo a little overwhelming. The 225 is an alright size but you definitely need to arrange your items in a certain way when using th 225 because the space is pretty limited. I've used the 226 as a school bag previously and found it perfect so I think the 226 is definitely a versatile choice.

I'm 5'3", around a size 0/2. I want a bag I can use during the day but definitely can be used during the evening (I already have a lot of daytime bags). On a daily basis, I usually carry tri-fold wallet (dim 7.5" by 3.9"), cell phone, lipgloss, 2 keys, small digital camera, but I don't want everything to be completely jam packed in there and would like a little extra room in case i decide to carry something else. If you have any pics of either 225 or 226 on a person, please post!

I agree. The 226 seems like a better choice to go from day to evening. :tup:
