Regular Gucci or Outlet Bag?

Hi, I'm new here. I was hoping if someone could tell me if this bag was ever carried by the regular Gucci stores or if it's an outlet only bag? I found an article from PurseBlog from a few years ago which shows bags similar to this but I am still not sure. Thanks in advance!

All the Interlockings from pre-fall were polished or smooth leather.

Saw this same bag in many colors at the Gucci Premium outlet in Japan. Pretty certain this is an Outlet only design because as ive never seen it in the reg stores. Plus, the black paper bag is from the outlet. Heres some samples of the items you can get from the outlet
