Refunds on Diamonds...

But has anyone seen this? Buy a diamond? Get a refund - MSN Money

I heard a short discussion about this on PBS radio. They said there are so many people involved that the payout is likely to be very small. As with most of these class action suits IMHO the lawyers are the ones who make out. But submitting a claim and getting something is probably better than nothing.
