Refund policy?

Did anyone know the refund policy in Hermes?

Any cash refund if I want to return the bag to Hermes?

Im pretty sure you have a 2 week window for an exchange; no cash refund as far as I know.

The policy depends from one country to the other... Usually you're safe to assume a couple of weeks of refund provided the bag is in totally unused condition.

No refund in the US. Just a store credit. There is a posted 14 days, I think, but that really depends on your relationship with your SD.

In Us, It's mentioned on the receipt that you can exchange or return for store credit only for 10 days.

don't believe Hermes gives cash refund... just store credit and there is a time
limit for a return...

in the U.S., if you buy online and return in-store, you only get store credit. if you buy online and return to their online distribution center within 30 days, then they will refund your original payment method (credit card, etc.)

If I buy online and return in-store -then purchase it back- would an SA be able to get the credit for the sale? Would the return of an online purchase count against the store? I am interested in an item that no store has stock of yet so a transfer is not possible now. Thank you very much.

don't know the answer to this, sorry. probably best to consult your SA about their store policies for returning / getting credit for the sale.

got a few questions regarding h returns and using store credit.

1) can i return a bag to a different store?
2) will the original sa know that the bag got returned?
3) when making a new purchase with store credit, does the new sa still get commission?
4) can i use store credit on h online store?

From what I know...
1) Yes
2) Not sure, probably, if it is a big item
3) No idea, but not sure why it's important?
4) I don't think so, the H website is a bit basic...

I have returned items, that I bought abroad and changed my mind about owning many times to my local H. Never had any problems and they never even wanted to see the receipt (I am well known to them though). You cannot use the store credit on-line, it's only valid for the store you have returned the goods to, and usually for a duration of 1 year. HTH!
