in all seriousness: it looks like a vintage young school boy's private school uniform-type blazer.

My brothers had these when they were young..

... the cut of the arms (sleeves), the sleeve length, lining color, the pocket size and design, the gold buttons and the size of the shoulder pad not to mention the texture and color are what makes me say this.

When she was on the cover of InStyle a few months ago, they had her in a Brooks Brothers boy's blazer. That might be what she's wearing in this pic. Or another brand's boy's blazer.
