I have a crazy love/hate relationship with Coach watches. I love them but I hate that have too many of them and I keep buying them (I have 9 so far!)
Eight of my watches are large boyfriend watches and I love them all - and I have never returned/exchanged any of them. But recently I have been trying to find a small, delicate, dressy watch and it hasn't been easy. I think I just really like big watches - or at least I am used to them.
But the Movado outlet was having a sale on Coach watches and at first I ordered a rectangular Lexington watch in silver with gold accents and a woven silver band for $121.
It was very pretty but a bit plainer than I wanted and the dial was a bit hard to read. I took it back to the Movado outlet to exchange and I found myself torn between 2 beautiful watches.
I feel in love with a rectangular, gold-plated, Page watch with crystal embellishments and a mother of pearl dial, but I didn't buy it because I was afraid it would be too similar to my gold, rectangular, boyfriend watch with crystal embellishment.
Instead I bought a very pretty round, gold-plated Madison watch W1234, with a narrow band, a clear easy-to-read face, and crystal decorations. It originally sold for $278 and I got it for $137.
It was exactly what I had been looking for but I wasn't very excited about it and I kept thinking about that Page watch that I had passed up.
So I decided to exchange the round Madison for the rectangular Page. I figured that I would eventually cave in and buy the Page anyway - and then I would have 10 Coach watches instead of 9 - so why not just get it?!
I took back the Madison and exchanged it for the Page, the original price was $298 but I got it for $137. They must really be sick of me at the Movado Outlet! But I am done now, at least for awhile!
The Movado number for my new Page watch is 14502016 and I haven't been able to find the Coach number, does anyone know it?
Anyway, here we go again! Here is my new delicate dressy rectangular, GP, Coach Page watch with crystals and Mother of Pearl.
I have included a modeling pic and I am also wearing a Judith Jack marcasite will that has Mother of Pearl accents.
Next I will show some comparison pics between the Page and my gold square boyfriend watch.
