I really need a couple of questions answered!

In a red Heloise satchel, what colour is the lining? Beige or Red? also is the tag with a hologram or 6 stamped numbers ?

Mine has a beige lining.
About the stamp...I only saw them with 6 numbers...depending on the season the bag is from. Mine has 6 stamped numbers, it's from 2007...as far as I know some came with 6 stamped numbers and hologram-stickers/ plastic cards...the label the hologram is sticked on usually is stamped with a serial tag as well....

Some heloise bags do come with a burgundy/red lining - my dust colored heloise has this color lining.
