I am going to San Francisco for the first time with my husband, mom, and 2 infants. I need some recommendations for restuarants that can accomodate 2 infants(ages 1, 2) without being around a bunch of people that don't have kids, and don't want to dine with children!

i dont have a resturant to recomend
but going down from pier 39 , theres a little fish market area
with fried calamari , chowder , ceviche , all that good stuff FRESH

Thank you so much. I think that we are going to do the city pass from the Wharf...so we will be down by Pier 39!
they have all the chain places there. You can eat outside in the wharf area, they have an In-n-Out. On pier 39, they have Bubba Gump.
Oooh, thanks! I have never been to In-and-Out burger. And the hubby is way into Seafood so Bubba Gumps is great!!
