I just purchased the Juicy Silver starter bracelet with a few charms and my 3 year old DD Kayla has fallen in love with it..

I feel she is way too young for the Juicy Girls bracelet, I can get that for her when she gets a little older. Does anyone know of a website that sells charm bracelet at a reasonable price for a 3 year old where you can also buy charms?

I'd look at Etsy. You could probably find a seller with bracelets and charms in sterling for a really reasonable price.
