Hi everyone! I need some help!

Since my trusted Neiman Marcus in Minneapolis closed, I have no way of checking on my wait list for a Birkin. I have no idea where my SA had waitlisted me. And at this point, since I have been waiting for over 3 years, I'm starting to think it will never arrive.

Can anyone recommend a nice SA at a Hermes store or at a Hermes at Neiman Marcus?

Also, can anyone recommend how I can get on the waitlist for a Birkin? I know at Hermes boutiques it is pretty hard to even get on the waitlist.

Oh wow. Just called NM at DC. They said the waitlist has not even moved since 2007.
