A while back, I posted to say that I've bought a petite noe on the bay. And, I've recieved it in the mail yesterday.

Absolutely love it!!
The leather smell is still there, no scratches, bottoms have no wear and it still holds its shape very well. :smile:

However, the hardware no longer shines... :sad:
Is there anything I can do to make it look good again?

Congrats on your Petite Noe. Use a soft cloth to buff the hardware or get a brass cleaner and put a tiny amount on cloth and buff and soon it will be shining away. Would love to see some pics.

Yes do share the pics with us! Brass cleaner works most effectively but I am always cautious of using that for fear that it stains/ruins the vachetta leather or fabric around the hardware. A safer option is to use the special polish cloth intended for silver polish. The results are great too and it's a lot gentler to the surrounding parts.
