I'm not sure if it's me being nitpicking or not BUT I sent my Coach bag away to be repaired because one of the studs holding the handle fell completely off. When I got it back, it was repaired but they didn't put the leather "washer" back on. By "washer" I mean it's a small round leather piece that goes between the metal studs and the canvas. That seems like a gross oversight considering how all the other handles look. I have to go out this week, should I bring it in and tell them about my dissatisfaction?
