I went to South Coast Plaze Hermes store. One SA told me, they NEVER take order for Birkin or Kelly. It that true? Then, another SA there, she told me they are not allow to release any info about Birkin or Kelly bag. Is that true? Maybe Chanel SA are all sweet, so I am kind of upset about their attitude. they even sit on the chair and answer my questions. I guess they just tried to make fun of me. Maybe I am big size Asian girl, and not wear fancy clothes. So, can anyone recommend SA at Hermes in South coast plaze??

hey, I'm a big size Asian girl without fancy clothes too! But toss on a scarf and I look pretty damn fierce. I'm sorry they were so rude to you, I get that too but I've found if you walk in confidently it happens less often. At least they wait until I leave to make fun. Don't let them get you down. Remember, it is their job to serve YOU.

i've walked in there with my birkin and they still weren't too receptive. i don't know if you have to have them warm to you...but, hopefully you'll find one who's pretty nice! good luck.
