I have never used Rebag before. However, they quoted highest for the two bags I was planning to sell. I decided to do a trade despite being a bit nervous about using them. I sent my bags in Sep 1, I see in my account that they reviewed on 9/12 and the offer was reduced by $100 for one bag, which I am ok with. However ii haven’t received any communication regarding when my trade will be finalized. How long does it usually take after review for Rebag to reach out to you? I know that their website says 3-5 days but it’s been longer than that.

I’ve done a few trades on REBAG and usually it never took more than a couple days from receipt of my item for the trade to be finalized. Last trade I did was about 6 months ago.

That’s what I have read. Now I am worried why it’s taking so long. Any suggestion on how to approach? Customer service reps haven’t been too helpful. Every time I call, I am asked to wait for 24-48hrs. Sent an email but no response

I've done several trades. It takes a while, they receive your item and should notify you pretty soon after -- maybe 3 days after they get it. Then it takes maybe another week or so before they ship out the new item, and you should get a notice when that happens. They don't communicate throughout the process, only when they get your item and when the trade item ships. That's been my experience, and I've traded maybe 8 times with them.

Thank you. They did communicate when they received my item. I was just concerned since I haven’t heard anything since then.

I wouldn't worry -- when your trade item ships you'll get a few emails with tracking. You might be able to see in your account, too. Sometimes the tracking # will be in your account before the email comes. I've noticed some trades do take longer than others -- like if you send in 4 trade items vs 1, for instance. And they might have to wait for your new item to come to them from wherever it might be (like if it's in a store) so that can add to the wait time.

Thank you gthat's reassuring.I read all gthe reviews for Rebag and freaked out :-)

You may need to manually accept their new offer for your items in your account in order to trigger the next step in the process. My experience has been they wait for you to accept new offer before moving forward.
That's what the issue is , I can see in my account that they lowered the offer for one bag by $100. so I need to pay that before they can ship. But I don't see where to accept new offer and pay
