I feel so :sad: . Klara is a beautiful purse, but it does not fit as a shoulder bag, and the handles are too long for a handheld. It fits under my arm, but very snug, and then it is so thick, that my arm sticks out and is uncomfortable. I should have ordered the Mizi instead. Just wanted to let everyone know that it was not as I expected.

Oh I'm sorry to hear that. It sucks when you get a bag and it's just not what you thought it would be. Can you return it? Well, good luck with whatever you decide.

I was thinking of that when you e-mailed me saying you wanted a shoulder bag and you ordered this. I haven't tried it on in real life so I wasn't sure. . . .
Well, drats!

I'm going to Houston this weekend. I guess that I can ask if they (lv boutique or saks) can order the Mizi when I return this one. I thought it was going to be fine. The size is nice, it just should have been a hand held, or had longer straps.

I am sorry to hear that. I hope you will get better replacement. I am going to LV store this afternoon, nothing particular in mind except may be get the feeling of some wallet and need refill for agenda.
I love LV addict Mizi, I will ask whether they still have it.

BTW, I lived in Houston for a long time, where are you going to stay?
At the Galleria, Neimans has LV. . . can't remember if Saks does, I don't think it does, but there's a nice big LV boutique there as well.

I ordered it from LV customer service (said they were in sanfran). Rather they located this one for me.The LV store in houston forwarded my request to them. We're staying at homewood suites next to papacita's on hwy.1960. on the phone lv said that i could return it to any lv store, but that i could only get a refund from saks. i'll probably just find something else.

oh yikes
i've been in love with Klara for a long time, but never got round to buying it
i wanted it as a shoulder bag, or even as a cute handheld, but from the way it sounds it's stuck somewhere in between
