I bought a Versace bag on an app and I thought I was buying the real thing. CLG results showed that it was authentic and the seller had great reviews. However, weeks later I decided to get it verified again with Real Authentication and sadly they informed me that there were things with the bag that they couldn't verify that it was authentic. Very vague reasons understandably. But now I'm left confused because I thought Certilogos couldn't be faked and even the official Versace company's website vouches for them: https://www.versace.com/us/en-us/customer-care/authenticity.html

I'm super confused and would appreciate if anyone could take the time to explain what's going with this bag.

Okay, that makes a lot of sense.

If they would be sure it is not authentic, they would have said so, them saying they can't verify possibly means they have no experience with that model, there have been modifications on the model (maybe a repair), could be a rare special or limited edition.... I guess they are being vague to not show themselves up. If it is an older bag, I seem to recall Versace (Gianni started it and Donatella kept the tradition) sometimes designed or had something designed for celebs and friends that was never part of the official line, you could have quite a rare bag that somehow has gotten into the resale market. Anna Wintour had a few Versace and Fendi bags that were tailored to her preferences, it could be something like that. Would totally make sense that the company then is confused because they aren't like the regular models and they never saw one like it, so they are covering their back with saying they can't confirm it is authentic, however if they had enough doubts and the quality, material or stitching would not be 1st class, they would have told you that they believe it is a fake, which they didn't, they just said they can't confirm authenticity 100%

You purchased this item 6 months ago & this was the first opportunity you had to check the inside stitching?
This might be a little late in the game to do something... What are your thoughts or expectations?
